This site has been created so that all traceurs, traceuses, and parkour enthusiasts alike can find out what is going on in and around the Nottingham parkour / Tricking scene.

We also train with close friends from the Derby, Mansfield, Lincoln and Leicester areas as well, so feel free to use this site to get in touch with traceurs from those areas or find out more information about them.

We have lots of information and pictures for you to read and look at throughout the site. In Nottingham most of us that practice parkour are always out and about training most days, so you are more then likely to have seen or bumped into most of us at some point in time.

We are all friendly and down to earth people so if you do happen to see any of us out and about training and would like to know more about what we do then just ask us and someone will be more then happy to explain in more depth.
